ole-ole chef zam dan fimie

tuan-tuan dan puan-puan sekalian.. terima kasih kerana sudi menonton rancangan ini.. hari ne kita ade menu special! haa! nak tahu ape die? ok baiklah Senah, kita nak masak ape tadi? dah tahu ke blom? haa hari ne kita nak masak spaghetti ye puan-puan.. bahan-bahannya cukup senang aje yer! sedikit pokok-pokok yang dicencang halus, tumbuhan tak menjalar macam kulat dalam seketul dua, haiwan yang dikisar lumat tanpa tulang yer Jah.. terbelahak ko nanti kalao bertulang, sape susah? petugas hospital jugakkkk…

jadi sekarang bahan-bahan yang kita beli tadi dah selamat sampai kat dapur, kita rendam dulu haiwan kisar jenama Ramly tu (tak kesah la haiwan ape pon, yang penting bukan babi, ko selsema nanti jangan salahkan aku pulak Chung Li) dalam air, nak bagi lembut yer Pah, sebab ye lah, yang kite beli dari market tadi tu die letak dalam fridge, ya Rabbi Rosnah, KERASS! ko nak buat tumbuk belacan pon boleh Senah!! jadi kite kena buat ape Pah? kite rendam dulu, ye! kasi lembut. ok pandai.. pastu bile dah lembut, kite lecek-lecek kan sikit dalam bekas, tapi jangan lupe Jah, kite kena tabur tepung dulu kat bekas tu dan kat tangan kite ne haa, kenape puan-puan? sebab kite tak nak isi ayam tu melekat kat tangan dan bekas tu, pandai.. haa, garam jangan ko lupe letak pulak Syuhadah! kalao ko memang ade darah tinggi peringkat kronik takpe lah taknak letak Nurul.. dah tu, kita buat bebola dengan haiwan kisar kita tadi, oleh sebab kita dah letak tepung tadi, bola haiwan kita tu melekat elok.. tepung ne penting ye puan-puan..

pastu kita panaskan kuali, letak minyak.. satu tips dari sahabat saya ne, minyak nak masak ayam dengan minyak nak masak ikan takleh campur, sebab ape? tu ko tanya sendiri kat Shanana tu yer Zati.. lepas tu kite masukkan bebola ayam kita tadi, tapi separuh masak je yer Senah.. bile dah kuning-kuning sket bebola haiwan ko tu tutup api, toskan dan letak dalam bekas, pastu letak tepi.. oh ye, jangan lupe pulak rendam spaghetti tu Temah!! ko nak masak spaghetti tapi tak rendam spaghetti tu nanti ko nak makan ape? ye tak puan-puan hahaha.. dalam 5-7minit rebus tu nanti ko tos yer? jangan ko dok rendam tak tos plak, nanti kembang sedepa ko nak makan ke Senah?!

ok kita bergurau-bergurau jugak, sekarang kite ne, zaman alaf baru ne, nak memudahkan kerja, kita amek prego yang kite beli tadi, ikot suke ko la nak beli perisa ape Limah, banyak jenis aku tengok kat market tadi. tak sangka aku, ingat sejenis aje.. dan sebab ape kita guna prego? sebab tu je yang aku nampak kat tibi (bayar aku sekarang sebab promote barang ko). nak buat sendiri tak abes belajar lagi neh (chef tak guna.. hahahaha XD). jadi kite guna benda-benda express udah la yer Kamazza? toksah nak pening-pening kepala..

prego tadi kita masak, tak pasti la die dah cukup masin ke tak, jadi kita tabur sikit garam, campur air sikit takmo bagi pekat sangat. cendawan memang dah ade siang-siang dalam tu, tapi kalao nak banyak boleh tabur lagi dalam tu., pokok-pokok yang dah ko cencang pon boleh kalao nak letak.. tapi ikut urutan yer Senah, yang cepat masak ko letak la kedian sikit.. kat mane ko belajar ne Senah? tak ikut turutan neh? pastu letak bebola haiwan jenama Ramly (ko pon Ramly, bayar aku cepat!!) dalam periuk tadi, golek-golek kan seketika sampai sebati dengan pes sos prego kita tadi. tapi jangan sampai hancur yer Fatimah.. kalao hancur konfem tadi masa ko buat bebola tadi ko tak letak tepung, tak melekat.. ko blaja tak abis lagi ne Fatimah..

ok dah berlakon jadi chef wan, sekarang tengah kenyang gile babat, tak boleh bergerak dah dari tempat ne, dah la ber’air-cond’, masyukk jer.. oh tak larat dah.. masakan aku sedap sangat.. tapi takleh celen lagi Zaidatul Atiqah punye masakan kot.. tak kesah lah, yang penting perut kenyang suke hati.. huh, buat untuk makan 2orang, tapi tibai sorang-sorang.. nasib ler, dok sorang gini la jadinye.. ok dah, bai!

becoming a chef

i talked to a friend via facebook last night, she commented the status i put there in facebook which is “is home alone”. she said i should not put that there in the first place. it might attracts people to come over for robbery or even worst -to rape me. i lol-ed that very hard. hahahaha XD. well it’s kinda true, she got the point there, luckily none of  my facebook friends knows where am i living. well ok maybe two or three people do -like Nordin Rahman and Zati Hanani. to think it clearly, it is actually true. for girls, please never put that in your status. to be robbed is worse, but to be raped is by far worst! so thanks Jenna for the advice. and ah! it’s really nice to finally having chat with you in real time after so long :)

ok next, i am thinking of trying to make some spaghetti’s today/night. bolognese maybe. as in my observation making this type of spaghetti didnt requires much stuffs. i could just run over to the front market, buy a packet of spaghetti, a bottle of prego, some  mushrooms (button mushroom maybe? hmm..), some chooped meat/chicken and some more i think necessary. aaaaand that should be enough i think. one of my dear college friends named Marilyn had made me and two more friends bolognese spaghetti a years back. and those were the ingridients she told me. and it tasted nice too. so much thanks Mary :)

why spaghetti? well, being me, i always prefered noodles than rice ever since i was a kid. but of course yes, not of those with the ‘borik’ acid noodles. and dont get me wrong now, i do love the rice dishes as well. it’s just when i am given an option to choose, i’ll go with noodles dishes. if it’s not there, i am happily eat whatever that is served. as long as it’s ‘halal’ -yes. so, that’s it. i should go buy those trees, ‘kulat’, the raw ingridients and the chopped animals now. hahahaha.
